I'm Coming Home.. I'm Coming Home..

Excitement. Nervousness. Probably, this is the first time. I’m writing something with both the feelings. Though nervousness isn’t really a big of concern for you guys. I guess, you should definitely know what the excitement is all about. At first place, It is probably for the same reason I’m writing this post of mine.

Oh my God. Really, the mere thought of it, makes me go crazy. :D :D

Before you really, I mean really even begin wondering what the heck is it about. I’m going to raise the curtain. Mommy, I’m coming home. J J Ofcourse, I already called her up. ;) My facebook status’ gonna read my location as Hyderabad, Andhra Pradesh. Srikanth, Hari Krishna I’m coming yaa…!!! If you remember probably a month ago, I updated my facebook status as I’m waiting for that day.

And now, the day is here. With less than a month’s time to spare. The excitement is all over in me.

Right from the minute I booked my flight, it’s in me. The very next minute, I knew I was gonna write a post about it, for a month’s time has been passed by without a post.  Speaking of my flight, a big thanks to tanooj, mani. You’ve certainly made it easy to find a deal.

I thought, giving this message to my supervisor at work, Mark was going to be tough. But the way he has reacted, has only doubled my joy. He was taken-aback when I said I was going to India. And then he slowly showed it up. ”Are you excited? So, finally going home huh? You’re gonna be seeing your parents. Do send me the pics of your vacation. “ those were his words. He was so cool about it. I was sure, he was gonna be. And indeed he was.

Back to 1996, that is when I moved to Hyderabad. I was 7 then. Started my schooling, finished my Undergrad. I’ve lived for fifteen years in the city. And now, I am going for a vacation for 50 days, to the same city, kind off leaves me with a strange feeling. My buddies, hangouts, shopping spree, midnight madness, restaurants, traffic(ofcourse) and Pani puri in the evening. OMG..!!! I can’t wait for real. ;) :D

Top of it. The best part is. Probably it’s fine to reveal now. Aint it bro? Yes, My bro-vadina, by His grace, expecting a baby in May first week. Wow. That’s like a topping on your dessert. :D :D I get to spend loads of time with the new-born. Takes me back to the time, Agasthya was born 4 and a half years ago. That’s what he told today when I spoke to him about how old are you?

And I get to celebrate mommy’s birthday as well. How cool is that. And my birthday too… :D :D Sravan, this time lets party for sure. :D :D

If all of this sums to an excitement, there is obviously something pulling me back too. Every single time I’m reminded of the fact that I have less than a month for my trip. It also reminds me of the fact that this is the last month of the semester. Arghhh. A final exam, two presentations, two reports. God. I so hate it. Best part, I’ll finish one of the above mentioned tasks day after, but the bad part I haven’t actually started preparation. L I was supposed to be studying now, rather writing this post of mine, for which Mani is definitely going to give a mixed response. Happy and Angry. Happy to be reading this one, angry for not studying… :D :D

And yes, I’ll miss my buddies here. Mani, Tanooj, Rahul, Yeshwanth, Rudra.. I’ll miss you guys dearly. L

Mani, tanooj we’ll get our conferences going, Rahul you got a very good reason for your lappy to be inside, ;) , I’ll miss all those highlight info from yechuuu… and Rudra is ofcourse going to get twenty cups. :D L L

So, getting it all together. May 13^th it is. The day I’ll be eagerly waiting for. My first trip to India in 17 months. I really want to make the most out of it. Hari Krishna will be available only weekends. Srikanth nuvvu ayipoyaav.. Roju kummeddam anthe.

So, that is what this is all about. A Trip to India. Stay tuned for my Experiences. ;) ;)
