A Year that passed by…

If you think that I’m speaking only about 2011, then you are mistaken. Jan 12^th 2012, marks my one year of stay in USA. Correct. One year passed by, just like that. Huh…!!!

2011 started on a happy note with my bro getting married on Dec 26^th of 2010, you can pretty much assume how would it be on the 1^st January. So, I’d account that gracious moment to 2011.

If 9^th jan saw my sis, bro-in-law and sonu leave back to their home in East Bourne, East Sussex, 11^th jan was my turn. A day probably I’d never forget in my life. It was really a tough time, leaving my loved ones behind. Still remember every bit of that day. Yet, I wish not to go there. On the flip-side, as I said 12^th jan marks my entry into United States of America. A whole new journey of my life al-together. Ah, I’ve spoken enough about it so far in my previous posts. And you might be like, “Come on, don’t go there now..” :D anyways I wouldn’t give you all that chance.

Writing down every single moment, could take a while for me, as well take ages for you to read them. Let me just move across rapidly from all the moments. You know, just like how you flip the flash cards. Yeah. Something like that ahaan…!!!

Next biggie after the above mentioned moments would be.. We, Indians pulled off an amazing victory off the last over to achieve the long standing dream, A PRIDE MOMENT on April 2^nd.

I am blessed with 3 more buddies( you know dost forever types..) Love them, and they have been with me in every walk of the last one year.. You three monkeys know that its YOU guys.. :P :P

June 10^th 2011. My first birthday away from parents L. Thanks a lot to my buddies for the wonderful surprise on my birthday.. Aaromale playing in the background whilst I was cutting the cake, Awww the moment of my life you see..!! Loved that day.

We lost one of the best geniuses of the world, Steve Jobs. A shocker to me, when I first heard of it. Could get hold of my priced possession so far I-phone 4G, I just love it. J

The end of the most beloved Series. Yes, Harry Potter.. L A memorable 3AM night show of the Deathly Hallows Part-2 with Rahul.

With so many interesting things happened to me in 2011, it ofcourse gave me many bitter moments to worry. Probably the bitter moments weigh strong enough on par with the above mentioned ones, but ofcourse those are the ones to be deleted from memory. J

So, that was 2011. I can say, a bumpy-ride for sure, J though not a Rollar-Coaster.. L

And Yes, I have learnt a lot in the year passed by.

When I was talking to my friend’s father couple of years ago, he has told me. “As every year passes by, try to compare yourself. What have you learned this year? How were you the previous year and where you are now? What have you achieved? That way, you improvise.” Yes, that really works.

I wouldn’t really say that I have achieved heights or something as such, but then, yea.. I was taught many important lessons. I could develop a new hobby of blogging. Been doing that from 10 months – 19 posts so far and this is the 20^th one.. I must say.. I really love this blog of mine. All the posts may probably speak of what kind of person I am. Or at times what I like?

Moving ahead, its time for some New Year Resolutions..

Well, rather than saying I wouldn’t do this or that, try to learn something. Do something new which you have never done before.

Well, 2012 is already old by 14 days. And I really haven’t started anything interesting. But then,  I wanna do many things.. I am gonna

ü  shed those extra pounds.

ü  Learn a new language.

ü  Read more and more Novels/Books.

ü  Continue blogging…

ü  Try out some adventurous stuff.

ü  Take up dance Classes in School.

ü  Finally, this is the last year of my Masters, So will try to STUDY now, atleast a little. :D :D

ü  Not just these, learn lot of things. Gonna work on many more things which I do not want to post them here.. ;)

I am very much looking forward for all the beautiful days ahead of this year, as I already bid farewell to the previous one.

It’s a festive season in Hyderabad. The first one of this year. Sky must be very colorful with all sorts of Kites. Though I stopped it many years ago. I still love this festival. I still remember the good old days. Early morning I would wake up to see how beautifully my mom and sis has got the Rangoli thing, right infront of our house. That is how my festival would start. The best thing would be the delicious lunch. :D :D Darn, I miss it so much. And that’s not it. The festival is on 15^th which happens to be my Dad’s birthday. This is his second birthday in my absence. L But that’s cool you know. You what I’m saying. :D :D As I already updated my Fb status. Happy Birthday daddyyy… As well my bro’s birthday is on 18^th of this month. So, wishing my bro also a Very Yapppiieee Birthdaaayyy….!!!

So, winding up this post of mine. I am not really happy with this one. I feel this is patchy as I have written it long time ago and edited it so many times.

Anyways, Wishing all my dear ones, loved ones and every person I know, from the bottom of my heart  A VERY HAPPY NEW YEAR once again and Pongal Wishes too. I wanted to wish many, many people personally, but then here’s this one for you guys.

GBY, GBM and GBU… :D

Stop complaining, Start enjoying, As I always say.. Life is Beautiful…!! You live only once. Make the most out of it…!!
